Yesterday, Morgan got to help Shane plant a few things in the garden. Emma was wiped out from her soccer game earlier in the day, so she stayed inside and slept!
We decided to reuse the ground cover from last year...that is why it looks so rough!
They planted tomatoes and pumpkins. We asked Morgan if she was going to help eat the tomatoes. She said yes, but we ALL know that will turn into a big fat no when they actually come in! I also have some onions that I need to get in the ground at some point this week. And we also have some sunflower seeds we need to let the girls plant as well. They loved that last year! And it was so much fun to watch them when they saw the pretty flowers a few weeks later!
Oh yeah, and Ryan "supervised"!
