Morgan has been talking about getting her ears pierced for a while now. We weren't sure if she would ever want to have it done for a while. She watched Emma get her ears pierced a couple of years ago, and it traumatized her! For a long time, she would say she didn't want it done. However, after seeing several of her friends with their sparkly earrings, she started talking more and more about it. So today, I asked her if she wanted to do it, and she said yes. So we hopped in the van and went to Claire's. She sat very still while the girl marked her ears. And she was fine while the girl lined up the first gun. After the first ear...she CRIED! But bless her heart, she sat still for the second ear. I tried to hold her hand, but she pulled it away to cover her mouth! A few minutes after it was over, she was all smiles and ready to pick out a new pair for the day she gets to change them! She is so proud! Too cute!
